Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations
- Handle food with proper hygiene practices, including food handling and storage
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other culinary tools
- Support catering events and special meal preparations as needed
- Serve dishes promptly while ensuring quality and consistency
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with menu planning, food service, and catering is a plus
- Dietary department or dietary aide experience is advantageous but not required
- Fine dining experience or background in the food industry preferred
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring all guests are greeted and seated in a timely and on-brand manner, and maintain cleanliness in our establishment. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks related to food service and hospitality, contributing to an enjoyable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service at our host stand and throughout the venue by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Support kitchen staff with food handling and preparation tasks as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
- Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with food industry regulations.
- Assist in catering events, providing support for setup, serving, and cleanup.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, including restaurant or hotel experience.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen operations is a plus.
